Stonehenge is one of tourist attractions in England’s most famous. Stonehenge is one of the most important prehistoric sites in the worlds. Stonehenge was built by a culture that left no written records in history, to so many aspects of Stonehenge are still debated to this day. Evidence suggests that large stones were founded around 2500 BC. It is not known exactly what the purpose of Stonehenge was built, but many researches believe the monument was used as a center ceremonial or religious.
